Steak Grilled Cheese with Cheesy Garlic Bread

Juicy, seared steak layered with melted cheddar cheese, sandwiched between slices of garlic butter–toasted bread for a next-level grilled cheese experience.

Ingredients
2 steaks (your choice of cut, like ribeye or flank steak)
4 slices of bread
2 tablespoons garlic butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices of cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steaks to your preferred doneness, about 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest, then slice thinly.
2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
3. Heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Place two bread slices, garlic butter side down, onto the skillet.
4. Layer cheddar cheese and sliced steak evenly on the bread in the skillet. Top with the remaining bread slices, garlic butter side up.
5. Cook until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula.
6. Slice and serve immediately.
