Blackstone Mini Pizzas

🧄 Ingredients:

Mini naan bread or pre-made mini pizza crusts

Pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced or shredded)

Mini pepperoni or regular sliced pepperoni

Cooked sausage crumbles (optional)

Fresh basil leaves (for Margherita-style)

Olive oil or garlic butter (optional, for brushing crust)

Hot sauce or chili flakes (optional topping)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat (about 350°F / 175°C).

2. Prepare your pizzas:

Spread pizza sauce over each naan.

Add your cheese, meats (pepperoni, sausage), or basil depending on your style.

3. Optional: Brush the bottoms of the naan with olive oil or garlic butter for a crispier base.

4. Place pizzas on the griddle:

Cover them with a basting dome or large metal bowl to help the cheese melt.

Cook for 5–7 minutes, until the bottom is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Optional toppings: Drizzle with hot sauce, sprinkle chili flakes, or add more fresh basil after cooking.

6. Serve hot! 🧀🍕
