Blackstone Strawberry Nutella & Marshmallow Quesadillas

Ingredients:

6 small flour tortillas

1 cup Nutella (or other chocolate hazelnut spread)

1 cup marshmallow fluff (or mini marshmallows)

1 to 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Butter or nonstick spray (for the griddle)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat. Lightly oil or butter the surface.

2. Assemble the quesadillas:

Spread Nutella over half of each tortilla.

Add a layer of marshmallow fluff (or mini marshmallows) on top of the Nutella.

Top with sliced strawberries.

3. Fold the tortillas in half to form a half-moon shape, pressing gently.

4. Place on the griddle:

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the inside is melted.

Flip carefully using a spatula.

5. Serve warm:

Optionally dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate syrup for extra sweetness.
