Chinese macaroni, it was delicious

Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

2 cups dry macaroni or ditalini pasta (cooked al dente)

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

2–3 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce (for flavor)

2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup (optional, for tang)

1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp paprika (optional)

Shredded cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta:
Boil the macaroni until al dente, drain, and set aside.

2. Preheat the griddle (Blackstone) to medium-high heat.
Add a drizzle of oil.

3. Cook the beef:
Brown the ground beef on the griddle, breaking it apart. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Push to the side when cooked.

4. Sauté veggies:
Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic to the griddle. Cook until softened and slightly caramelized.

5. Mix together:
Add the cooked pasta to the griddle. Drizzle soy sauce/Worcestershire and tomato paste (if using). Toss everything together with the beef and vegetables.

6. Finish:
Adjust seasoning to taste. Sprinkle with cheese if desired and let it melt before serving.
